Measured, not a contractual SLA. The uptime and component status shown here are measured and informational. They are not a contractual service-level commitment. lab358 does not currently publish an SLA; any future service-level agreement and its uptime targets are a separate, signed commitment.

Operational

Only lab358-operated components are shown. On a Marketplace-deployed plan, inference runs in your own AWS account — its availability is a function of your infrastructure, not lab358's, so it is not reported here.

Incident history

No incidents to report. Past incidents and post-mortems appear here; the full history and subscriptions live on our independently-hosted status page.

How this is measured

Uptime is measured by external probes that check our public health endpoints on a fixed interval — the same measurement any future service-level agreement would be defined against. It reflects real observed availability, not a promise.

Where to get updates

During an incident, the authoritative source is our full status page, which is hosted independently of this site so it stays reachable even if lab358's own services are affected.
